Mango w/ Banana Smoothie

Do you like mangos?

This smoothie includes mangos. It’s easy and fast to make. A Mango is that sweet fruit that can be added to several dishes. Normally, I eat fresh mangos as a snack or have as a dessert dish after a meal.

Mangos are great immune boosters, great for the skin, fights high cholesterol and much more.

I divided this smoothie into two mini mason jars and will have as a small mid afternoon snack.


  • 2 c coconut milk

  • 2 spoonfuls Yogurt

  • 4 Dates for added sweetness (remove the seeds)

  • 1 1/2 c frozen Mangos

  • 1 scoop Chia Seeds

  • 1 frozen Banana


  • In blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour in a glass.

  • Enjoy!
