Do you have a sweet tooth?
If so, these sweet balls are the perfect snack to rid the craving. This is an easy recipe and great snack with only 4 ingredients.
10 to 12 Medjool Dates
2 scoops Granola (any kind or flavor you like)
1/4 c Sweetner (I used agave sweetener)
shredded coconut or coconut powder for topping
Process the dates in a food processor, remove the seeds first. Add granola and sweetener to dates, blend again until mixture holds together. The mixture should be moist.
Scoop spoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball. Make to the size of your liking.
Once balls are completed, roll each in the coconut.
Store remaining balls in the fridge.
