Sweet Balls

Do you have a sweet tooth?

If so, these sweet balls are the perfect snack to rid the craving. This is an easy recipe and great snack with only 4 ingredients.


10 to 12 Medjool Dates

2 scoops Granola (any kind or flavor you like)

1/4 c Sweetner (I used agave sweetener)

shredded coconut or coconut powder for topping


  • Process the dates in a food processor, remove the seeds first. Add granola and sweetener to dates, blend again until mixture holds together. The mixture should be moist.

  • Scoop spoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball. Make to the size of your liking.

  • Once balls are completed, roll each in the coconut.

  • Enjoy immediately!

  • Store remaining balls in the fridge.
